Put 80 young adults on the ice (and a few old ones too.) Give them sticks, throw in a ball and see what happens. 

Lots of fun to be had by all.  Of course, we did this in 2007 as well, but our advisor and event photographer fell and took a blow to the head.  No pictures for that one.
